Title Stuffed Pepper Soup 
        
        
Preparation time About an hour and a half 
Servings one very large pot! 
Ingredients 1 Lb. Ground hot sausage
1 Lb. Ground beef
32 oz. Beef broth
28 oz Crushed tomatoes (plus 1 can of water)
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 T. Worcester sauce
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
4 green peppers..
1 red..
1 yellow - cut in 1 inch pieces.
3-4 cups cooked rice.(depending on how thick you like it.)
Salt and Pepper
 
Method Cook meat and drain.

Pulverize onion and garlic with some water in food processor.

Add all liquid ingredients and peppers, simmer for one hour.

Add rice and simmer another 15 minutes.

Serve!
