TitleHashbrown Potato Casserole
Ingredients1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hashbrown potatoes - thawed
3/4 C. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C. chopped onion
2 C. corn flakes, potato chips or Ritz crackers, crushed



MethodCombine potatoes, 1/2 C. butter, soup, sour cream and cheese - stir well. Put into greased 9 x 11 pyrex dish. Sprinkle corn flakes, potato chips or Ritz crackers on top and drizzle remaining butter (I don't think the butter is needed, especially with the potato chips.)

Bake for 50 min. @ 350.
