1 oz shredded cheddar
3 tbsp avocado oil mayo

Credit This is from a gal on my favorite Keto page, Common Sense Keto. I use half a batch for a simple, tasty lunch, but I've served it as a spread for veggies at a potluck - a success!

The first time I subbed some guac for the avocado and seasonings (just 'cause I had it), I've loved it as above, but my new fave is to sub the mayo and ranch and seasonings for 6Tblsp of this Chick Fil A Sauce, which I also found on "the other" CSK!
