TitleFood for the Angels
Ingredients3 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
25 Ritz crackers, rolled into fine crumbs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (small pcs, but not crumbs?)
1 cup Kool whip
4 oz coconut flakes
MethodPreheat oven to 350F.

Beat the eggs whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in sugar. Fold in cracker crumbs. Then finally fold in walnuts and vanilla.

Turn into greased 8x8" pan (when I double this, I use a 13x9"). Bake at 350F for 20 minutes

Cool to room temperature, then spread with Kool whip and top with coconut.

Refrigerate overnight.
