My brother turned me on to this fabulous condiment a couple decades ago, and not only is it fabulous to eat, it is also decorative for a while!

Buy a bunch of those small, slender Italian frying peppers. Using your threaded needle, poke through the base of each stem on the peppers. Yes, you are sort of making a garland. Now hang in a sunny window for a week or two…
