What would you make if you were asked to show your personality in a cupcake? And then again, in a pizza?

What is your “signature” dish?These are questions that both Bobby Flay and Giada deLaurentiis asked contestants in their search for the Next Cooking Show Host – and answered themselves on “The View” recently. Bobby’s – to no one’s surprise were bold, full of spice and zest. From his Gingerbread Cupcakes with Caramelized Mango Buttercream to Lobster Diavolo Pizza, his selections are not the least bit shy. Giada went a different route, creating petite, unique, and colorful treats. Macaroni & Cheese cupcakes adorned with asparagus, Pizzette with Gorgonzola, Tomato, and Basil were topped off with Ginger Tea Lemonade. Both chefs shared a couple of their own signature dishes, which are included in the above links – you’ll have fun exploring! Different personalities, different styles – but all are “good eating”
