My neighbor gave me a couple of ham steaks – how nice! Normally, I would pan fry or grill, and serve with potatoes, maybe applesauce, and a salad… Just one catch – I didn’t have any potatoes and didn’t want anything hot for dinner (We're right in the middle of the heat wave )
