I am in need of an EXCELLENT banana bread recipe, as well as a SUPERB hot fudge sauce!

While I've made many an adequate version of each, this is for a special occasion - so I'm asking you for your best Ideally, I would like to make them both the day before, without any harm from reheating?

And BTW, I'll be serving them together! With ice cream in between...
