You’ve STILL gotta try this one
I tried making Jessica’s Caramel Corn.
Either my popcorn was really old, or that just wasn’t enough oil to “pop†it. Definitely use an air-popper if you have one.The flavor of the glaze was TOTALLY delightful! Your little ones (or ANYones) would never know that it was infused with healthy stuff!
I steered you wrong when I suggested the supposed ending to the recipe… As you might recall, it was incomplete, and the current updated version is still WRONG.
First tray burned. Second tray was over-done, but still edible.
Her suggestion of 350F was just too high. Try 250F, stirring every 15 minutes or so – and you’ll get a superb result! It takes almost an hour, but the results are SO worth it!
Store any extra – if that’s possible – in zipable plastic bags for a quick, HEALTHY treat.
Despite my early frustrations, I WILL make this again!
